SCIP Registration Form

Introduction

Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)
Registration Form

All users requesting a Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) account must complete the SCIP Registration Form, which has been specially developed to include SCIP-specific information, and to address Security Cooperation roles. In addition to the user biographical and role information, each prospective user must also choose one or more communities to which they would like access. If you are a freight forwarder requesting web-services access to SCIP, please contact the SCIP help desk at dsca.ncr.imt.mbx.dsca-service-desk@mail.mil. All other users, please continue.

To obtain access to SCIP, please do the following:

1) Ensure that your current Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) has JavaScript and Cookies enabled. If not, you will not be able to access portal information effectively. See your local Network/Security Administrator, if necessary, for help with adjustments to these settings.

2) Please complete (in English) the cover page and the other SCIP registration pages in their entirety. Entries will vary depending upon citizenship, employment, country affiliation, Security Cooperation role, etc. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

For security reasons, the completed form should be printed, signed by the user (on page 3), signed by the authorizing official (e.g. Host Nation Token Administrator, SCO Token Administrator, USG Supervisor, etc. (on page 5)) and signed by the information security manager for USG accounts (on page 6) as specified in the instructions. Registration forms for SCO DSCU Students should be digitally signed in the appropriate locations specified previously.

3) The entire package (including the signed pages) must be submitted by e-mail. To submit the entire package by e-mail, scan all of the pages (including the signed pages) and forward them to: dsca.ncr.imt.mbx.dsca-service-desk@mail.mil as e-mail attachments. Should you choose to scan and digitize your form as an e-mail attachment, please compress large files (using a 300 DPI maximum, black and white scan setting) to ensure they are smaller than five megabytes, our mailbox limit. Only one registration form should be attached to a single e-mail.

The information entered throughout this registration form IS NOT being stored; therefore, you MUST finish the registration form. You cannot come back and finish later.

*** Please do NOT forward registration forms to SCIP Program office personnel, as they will not be processed, nor returned. This is necessary to safeguard your personal information. ***
