SCIP Access Instructions
DoD CAC / DoS Smartcard / Commercial PKI
- How to Register
- A SCIP registration form must be completed in its entirety with proper signatures and security information in place. The form and instructions may be found on the Registration Info page
- To be eligible for DoD CAC / DoS smartcard / commercial PKI authentication to SCIP, a valid subject Distinguished Name (DN) must be on file with SCIP. For it to be enabled, you must send a digitally-signed email to dsca.ncr.imt.mbx.dsca-service-desk@mail.mil when you forward your completed registration form. You will be notified via email when your account is active.
- Once DoD CAC / DoS smartcard / commercial PKI -enabled for SCIP, your account will not expire until your certificate expires. However, if you do not routinely login to SCIP, your account may be suspended or deleted if you are absent for long periods of time.

RSA SecurID Token
- How to Register
- Contact your Host Nation Token Administrator (HNTA) and ask for an RSA Token. If you are unsure who your HNTA is, please send an email to dsca.ncr.imt.mbx.dsca-service-desk@mail.mil
- A SCIP registration form must be completed in its entirety with proper signatures, including the serial number of the token assignment from the HNTA or the Alternate HNTA. The form and instructions are found on the Registration Info page.
- Ensure that the Official Email Address is correct and can accept attachments up to 5MB.
- Once token-enabled, your SCIP account will not expire. However, if you do not routinely login to SCIP, your account may be suspended or deleted if you are absent for long periods of time.
