SCIP Registration Information

How Do I Register For SCIP?

The SCIP Registration Form must be completed by International Users (including Foreign Nationals, International Representatives, and Contractors/Freight Forwarders employed directly by the country), U.S. Government Employees, and U.S. Government contractors. To gain access to SCIP, please complete the SCIP Registration Form and follow the instructions in the Introduction section to submit your form for processing.

All users, prior to completing the registration form:

Review the SCIP Initial Registration and Modification Request Procedure (PDF).

Token users, prior to completing the registration form:

Review the SCIP Electronic Token Issuance and Replacement Processes (PDF).
Foreign Nationals and any individual employed on behalf of a Foreign Government should read the International Customer Token Access Guide (PDF).
U.S. Government (USG) and Security Cooperation Office (SCO) employees/contractors using tokens should read the USG/SCO Token Access Guide (PDF).
