The full workflow begins with contacting the local ADE, followed by voucher request and application completion, in-person verification, certificate issuance, DMDC registration, sponsor approval, identity replication, and application access request.

1. Contact ADE Start with your local Authorized DoW Employee.

2. Voucher & Application Receive a voucher and complete the online application.

3. Identity Verification Complete in-person verification and submission.

4. Register in DMDC Install the certificate and register in the DMDC portal.

5. Request Access After sponsorship and identity replication, follow the Public ICAM registration process on the SCIP Welcome Page to request application access.
